Unlike its reinforced cousin, which is a sandwich of paper and fiberglass, non-reinforced WAT is a masterclass in minimalism.

Layer 1: The Backing (Kraft Paper)

The top visible layer of the Non-Reinforced Water-Activated Tape (WAT) is a single ply of high-density Kraft paper.
